Human Rights Action (HRA) is implementing a project “Strengthening safeguards of judicial independence in Montenegro” with the support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Within this project we are monitoring performance of the Judicial Council and Prosecutorial Council, with intention to support judicial independence as well as accountability of judges and state prosecutors in Montenegro. The project should result in two yearly monitoring reports, to be published and discussed with competent members of the councils and the interested public.
