The video clip “The right to freedom of expression without intimidation’’ was created within the project “Monitoring Application of Human Rights Standards during COVID-19 Outbreak’’ which Human Rights Action (HRA) implemented with the financial support of the British Embassy in Montenegro.

The video provides information on how freedom of speech has been endangered during the first wave of coronavirus in Montenegro and questions the authorities’ reactions aiming at preserving public order and health. We hope that the video is thought-provoking on why is it important to protect our right to free speech also in times of crisis.

If you have a question regarding protection of freedom of expression, please contact us via email: hra@t-com.me.

The video was created with financial support of the British Embassy in Montenegro. The views presented in the video can not be considered as official stances of the donor and are the sole responsibility of the HRA.
