Non-governmental organizations Human Rights Action, Anima and Youth Initiative for Human Rights submitted the letter to the Mayor of Podgorica, Mr. Miomir Mugosa, today, as an appeal to help the Alkovic family, who has been living on the streets for ten days already due to the problems with neighbors because of their ethnicity and religion.
