However, as the Bill did not include all the comments we consider necessary for effective protection against discrimination, our proposed 14 amendments today we submitted to the President of the Parliament and Heads of the MP Clubs, hoping that they will consider them and recommend their adoption so that the Law would ensure the protection at the level of international standards and similar laws in the region. We draw particular attention to the necessary amendment of the authority of the Ombudsman ( Article 8 ) and provisions which prescribe offenses ( Article 31 ).
