Having in mind the latest case of a homeless person, Nenad Čelebić from Nikšić, who has not yet been provided with accommodation, although he has been forced to live in his car for years, Human Rights Action submitted a letter today, on 8 November 2013, to the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Predrag Bošković, appealing to the social welfare centers to provide housing units for urgent accommodation of vulnerable persons – the homeless, during the upcoming winter.
