Human Rights Action (HRA) addressed the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Duško Marković, on two occasions, appealing to the Ministry of Justice to review work and operation of the Parole Commission.
HRA considers that the work of the Commission should be more transparent, its decisions reasoned in more details, and that it should introduce a bylaw that would specify the criteria upon which it takes actions.
