HRA has filed a complaint with Minister Dragan Krapović regarding a video posted on the social media platform X. The video shows a person in the uniform of the Armed Forces of Montenegro singing a Chetnik song about Draža Mihailović.

Such conduct violates the Code of Military Ethics, specifically the principles of loyalty and integrity, as well as the Law on the Armed Forces, because it is contrary to the constitutional values of anti-fascism.

The Ministry is expected to identify the person, conduct proceedings in accordance with the law and the Code, and condemn such behavior.
