92 NGOs AND OVER 250 PROMINENT CITIZENS OF MONTENEGRO SUPPORTED THE INITIATIVE FOR MONTENEGRO TO SPONSOR THE UN RESOLUTION ON MEMORIALIZING THE VICTIMS OF THE GENOCIDE IN SREBRENICA

The initiative for Montenegro to sponsor the UN Resolution on the memorialization of the genocide in Srebrenica was supported by as many as 92 NGOs and over 250 prominent citizens.

The initiative was supported by the Bosniak Council, as well as the Bosniak Party, the Liberal Party, the Democratic Party of Socialists, the Social Democratic Party of Montenegro, the Social Democrats of Montenegro, the Albanian Alliance coalition and the Montenegrin European Party.

The mayor of Cetinje, Nikola Đurašković, responded to the call of the mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, and supported the adoption of the UN Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica.

We call on Spajić to urgently make a statement about our initiative and announce whether it is giving up the state’s position on the strongest condemnation of the genocide in Srebrenica?!
