In light of the ongoing procedure for the election of Chief Special Prosecutor, Human Rights Action (HRA) and the Center for Civic Education (CCE) informed in a letter informed yesterday the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro, Ivica Stanković, on existence of grounds for suspicion regarding the candidate for the Chief Special Prosecutor, Milivoje Katnić.
