HRA, CEDEM and the International Network on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR-Net) organised a workshop on the implementation of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (OP-ICESCR) in Budva, Montenegro on 15-16 September. The workshop was organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Ford Foundation and gathered activists of Civil Society Organizations in order to exchange experiences and ideas about the possibilities of effective protection of economic, social and cultural rights in Montenegro under the Optional Protocol, which entered into force in May 2013.
