On 29 October 2010 the request for resignation of the Minister for Human and Minority Rights, Ferhat Dinosa, was submitted to competent state authorities – the President of the State, the Prime Minister, the President of the Parliament, the President of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms and the Parliamentary Committee for Stabilization and Association. On the same day the request was sent to the Minister of Health, Minister of Education and Science, the Principal of High School “Slobodan Skerovic” and education inspector Andjic, demanding reactions to the homophobic statements of Biljana Babovic, psychology professor in High School “Slobodan Skerovic” in Podgorica.This is the second request for the resignation of the Minister Dinosa.
